Melissa is a great facialist.
The only down point is a certain amount dishonesty; Once I came to my appointment after testing positive to Covid and the owner of the Farm wouldn't rebook a fresh appointment in the future for me. To justify that, she told Treatwell that I hadn't shown up to my appointment, which was absolutely untrue.
So the salon is not very honest I would say but nothing to do with Melissa who is great and the reason why I m coming back.
