Melissa explained this facial to me as she was going through the process. Once the process was over, Melissa gave me a wonderful face, neck and shoulder massage. I will definitely be going back because Melissa has magical hands.

The Pharm is a lovely place with very friendly people. The massages didn’t wow us however, and the deep tissue wasn’t as firm or deep as expected. The downstairs massage space felt in need of a little TLC but ultimately a lovely time - just not mind glowingly good.
