Firstly I was seen by another therapist and secondly she fell asleep during treatment. Finally I attempted to contact management about my displeasure but was met with confrontation and excuses and no resolution. 2nd and last visit unfortunately

Good salon with friendly staff. Wax was a bit slower than other places I have been and slightly more painful as a result.
