I’ve never left a review before but I am absolutely appalled at how bad the hot wax was! I’ve had some bad waxes over the tears but this was something else. I’ve been left with visible patches of hair and clumps of bubble-gum like wax all over me. It also took the longest I’ve known a wax to take and was by far the most painful because I honestly don’t think the beautician knew what she was doing. Either that or the wax was super old or not hot enough as it just wasn’t coming off. So so bad!

Great wax and very friendly staff. I have very sensitive skin that usually becomes red for days but my skin was perfectly fine. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

I’ve heard alot of positive things about this place from people in my neighbourhood, but I can definitely say there are much better places in Hampstead for a massage. I’m not sure if I got the the person I booked with, but overall the full body massage was very average. The room was not relaxing as there were people speaking right outside the door or answering phones. There was no proper relaxing music to cover the ambiance, just a tune I could hardly hear.
