Person-Centred Psychotherapist Ba(Hons) BACP | EFT Level 2 Practitioner Specialising in schools, perinatal mental health & trauma. I have worked in various mental health services, including an evening crisis sanctuary and a mother and baby unit. Additionally, I volunteered with Get Me Out the Four Walls, a registered charity in Norwich, supporting parents/carers to socialize more and overcome isolation or anxiety. Since 2022, I have been counselling at a pregnancy and infant loss charity, a topic close to my heart. I specialize in perinatal mental health due to my experience and passion for this area. I have also provided counselling to young people in high school. I believe therapy offers them the opportunity to develop communication skills, build self-esteem, and foster healthy relationships.

I have been working as a beautician for over 25 year I trained further for five years in aesthetics where I found my passion for the speciality and opened Simply Aesthetics Clinic in December 2021.
