The treatment was billed as Myofascial Release, which it was not. It was more like an osteopathy or sports massage appointment. The clinic has a very medical atmosphere with an uncomfortable small waiting area. It was expensive at £80/hr and did not provide any relaxation and very little if any physical relief.
