Really happy with my hair, just disappointing that I had to wait for an hour for my haircut appointment, with no saying how long it would be, or offer of refreshment while I waited. A phone call to say they were running late would have been appreciated, as I could have just turned up to the salon an hour later. Didn’t feel like I was valued as a customer, and if I hadn’t prepaid through the app, I would probably have just left and gone elsewhere for a haircut.
Had a lovely experience with trainee Ruby on Saturday. Very professional and knowledgeable and my hair looked fabulous when she'd finished. Lovely salon. Kat the owner is brilliant and there's a lovely atmosphere too, thank you
