Kat is the most gentle, kind person with children. She makes the children feel comfortable in her presence and so much at ease to be able to cut their hair. My 9 month old baby with lots of curly hair was given the best haircut.

Really happy with my hair, just disappointing that I had to wait for an hour for my haircut appointment, with no saying how long it would be, or offer of refreshment while I waited. A phone call to say they were running late would have been appreciated, as I could have just turned up to the salon an hour later. Didn’t feel like I was valued as a customer, and if I hadn’t prepaid through the app, I would probably have just left and gone elsewhere for a haircut.
