Haircut was great and exactly what I wanted, however when blow drying my hair after my cut didn’t use heat protect, which I thought was normal and I use myself at home? Then straightening my hair, wasn’t straightened properly and still looked a bit frizzy when I left. Happy with my haircut but unhappy with the blow dry and finish.

Usually with salon owner Kat (who is a gem may I add) but booked in with Laura this time due to availability. Can be nervous switching but have the utmost faith in anyone Kat has in the salon and Laura is absolutely lovely
