A gem of a place. First contacted the salon (would prefer going to the dentist than a hairdresser) but I was invited in for a consultation and patch test. Kat immediately made me and my daughter so welcome and at ease. Finally, a hairdresser who actually listens, asks about lifestyle and what works best. What I really appreciate is that if you've an appointment booked for a certain time, that's when you're in the chair. So many salons keep you waiting way past your actual appointment, not here
