This was my first time at the Pink room and I found the staff really friendly and the place looked very nice and clean. Unfortunately when I left my appointment I noticed that the beautician seems to have ripped the skin under my eyebrows when waxing. This is now quite sore and unsightly and has never happened to me before when having my brows waxed
