So pleased with my lovely nails. The ladies gave me a very warm welcome and were really good fun. Just a great place all round. The first of many visits, I hope.

I am exceptionally pleased with my treatment, but as a brand new customer was not left with a good impression after being made to wait for 30 minutes after my appointment was due to start so that 2 others could have a treatment, and without a real explanation as to why. I was initially told the delay would be 10 minutes. If Kate had not been so good and done a fantastic job, I'm not sure I would go back. This was particularly disappointing after 2 of my work colleagues had recommended the salon.
