Bit of a weird experience.. the actual haircut and blow dry was lovely. Couldn’t fault it. Although I don’t actually know the name of the lady to praise her as she didn’t say. The staff were very busy talking amongst themselves whilst I had to wait a while to be seen. Wasn’t sure what was going on to be honest. Hair skills great, customer skills, not so great.

The lady who done my brows was very nice and listened to everything I had asked of her. However, no one actually checked or asked which beautician I had booked with when entering the shop. It all worked out great in the end though so I can’t complain.
