Second time here and just as bad as the first. Cutting cuticles so that they bleed, not knowing to use the low heat so the lamp doesn’t burn (had to do that myself) and generally not a pleasant place. Staff are not friendly, they took amongst themselves and ignore their customers. I won’t be back.
