I’ve never had BIAB done before and even booked the wrong procedure, but Shina made me feel very comfortable and explained what she could do for me. Shina was very polite, looked after me and taught me a lot about the procedure I was getting done and about BIAB in general. Will definitely come back! I’m very satisfied with the results of the BIAB and the variety of colours I was able to choose from.
