My first time at The Pretty Parlour after having been recommended it by a friend. Kim & the team couldn’t do more for me as I arrived for a pedi with my 4mo old and was met with a well needed cup of tea on arrival. Wonderful customer service & my pedi with Clara was fab too. I’m already booked to come back

It was my 2nd pedicure treatment which was not up to the standard as my first pedicure. I think the team is very friendly and genuinely like what they do but they have to be trained properly so they can provide the same service every time a customer books a treatment whether being pedicure or manicure. Also the application of the gel has to be meticulous otherwise the coverage is very poor and you’re left with some areas of your nail partially covered which is unacceptable for £55 pedicure

Such a lovely experience for my first pedicure!
Such a calm and welcoming space and I appreciate all the extra touches. It was great to have a cocktail menu to choose from too for an extra treat!
I’ll definitely be back and look forward to trying out all the treatments 🧡
