First time at Pretty Parlour. Staff are very friendly and Maya is very knowledgeable and polite. Made me feel at ease.
Atmosphere is calming and relaxing with great tunes in the background.
Kiera is a fantastic manager, love her attitude and how she interacts with the staff and clients.

I had a classic pedicure and found the experience so relaxing. The Pretty Parlour is decorated really nicely and feels like a real treat being there. We felt very looked after, being offered a lovely cup of apple tea and popcorn nibbles during the treatment. I’d recommend it for individuals and groups wanting a pamper.

Maya is really professional and friendly and gentle in her work and pays a lot of attention to detail. I had someone fill in for her who wasn’t as gentle as she is.
