Not my first time at this salon. I have to say the customer service is very very good. The ladies are very friendly, thoughtful and ready to help. I have always left feeling great about my nails and I am very picky! Would 100% recommend.

We visited The Pretty Parlour for my Mums birthday and these ladies did not fail. From the moment we walked in right through to us leaving it was a a top notch experience. The ladies went above and beyond and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. This place has such a warm aura and they are all super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I can't fault them at all. Money well spent
