I didn’t get the treatment that I originally booked for which was supposed to include a neck, shoulder and back massage. The facial was good but I may have chosen a different option if I had been informed ahead of visiting

The head massage was very relaxing. The warm facial compress was one of the best parts as well as the various tools they use on your face and scalp. You also get an arm massage which is nice.
