Comfortable and calm salon in the centre of Soho. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and most importantly the cut was exactly what I was looking for.

I'm rarely the type to criticise organisation's in feedback as I know how much it can impair customer loyalty, but I need to be honest - I was really disappointed with my haircut yesterday. I think it comes down to a struggle to communicate with my hairdresser. The conditioning treatment was fantastic and the staff were all nice, but not very talkative and I felt quite anxious as a result. I only asked for a small trim and ended up losing 2 -3 inches of my hair because the hairdresser, despite being nice, cut into my hair after being blow-dried straight and not when it was wet - I have naturally thick and curly hair. Now when it bounces up it's way shorter than I wanted (I explicitly asked to maintain as much as my length as possible, even if it would leave some damaged ends - I only wanted a few millimetres off, that was it) There were also no measures taken for it to be even (i.e. comparing two sections of hair) so it is very lopsided. Because my fringe was cut over my eyes I couldn't see most of what was happening. I'm quite a shy person at the hair dressers so it was not a pleasant experience for me and no one really made much of an effort to make me feel welcome. My hair type should not be cut when dry. I feel like this was a failure in understanding my hair type - also no heat protective products were used in my hair when drying and straightening so it's even more damaged now, which is a shame for the cost of the service. I was sadly too shy and shaken to speak to the hair dresser when I'd finished the cut, so I left when I should have said something.

Nice staff, airy salon. Blow dry lasted for several days. They use Moroccan Oil products that tend to be very good. Overall really satisfied with the experience.
