I had a brazilian keratin treatment - The shampooist and trainees were lovely but my hairdresser was rude and when i mentioned that the product was stinging he said "i dont know why that is"...he also didn't advise on after care but luckily the trainee who i spoke to later advised that i should be using a sulphate free shampoo. I thought the hairdresser could have been more reassuring/concerned about my questions.
Didn't think much of the salon to be honest, it was very basic, staff didn't really talk to you or make any effort to make you feel welcome. The guy that did my hair eventually did chat to me at the end but the rest were really moody! Hair colour was ok, but I've had much better for this value.
Styled by Creative Stylist The Purple Salon•Hair Colouring
First haircut in London—I went in for a pretty straightforward trim to clean up my split ends, which the stylist handled nicely. The staff was kind and attentive, offering water on arrival and making sure that I was looked after. The salon itself is not particularly posh, but it more than met my personal needs and expectations. Overall, I have no complaints!
