Treatment was explained, and I was introduced to my stylist. They were professional and friendly . I was offerred drinks .
Its a pleasant place , with nice music. It did not take long and I was told about the product.
Was surprised that they had herbals teas and even honey, which I prefer than sugar.
All the magazines are current and they have also fashion magazines as well as hair , like Vogue available to read to pass the time .
I am only in London for a short visit, walked in to the purple salon for a wash and blow dry. After the consultation with hairdresser, I decided to go for the Brazilian brow dry treatment. It is only 89 pounds. The hairdresser has explained everything to me about the treatment. She is very nice and professional. During the treatment, they also offered me some tea and sweets. I am very happy with the result. And I just washed my hair this morning, it feels very soft and much silky than before. Thanks to the staff who had look aftered me in the salon, I will definitely recommend everyone to go there.
Booked a Brazilian blow dry and was disappointed that it felt very rushed. The Brazilian blowdries that I've had before (at different salons) have taken about two hours but this was done in less than an hour!! The solution was just slopped on my hair and not throughly applied. It was so rushed at one point that the girls straightening my hair (I had one at either side for a few minutes) kept catching the straighteners on my skin and burning my forehead and scalp. I would not go back.
£89 is very cheap for a Brazilian blowdry but I would rather pay the full price and go somewhere where it was less rushed and done properly.
