The haircut was above average, but there is absolutely no atmosphere in the salon. You feel like you're in a dentist office not a salon. The hairmask experience wasn't any better than doing it at home, they didn't put you under a dryer or work it into your ends. They leave you with your head hanging over the sink for 10 minutes (so uncomfortable!) and don't even offer a magazine. I think they mean well but it doesn't really feel like a professional place.
Ladies' Haircuts
Wasn't anything special. Wouldn't go there again. They were all clicky and not really up for work, taking smoke breaks often and gossiping. General attitude really. Wouldn't go there again although the haircut was ok...like I said, nothing special.

The worst haircut I have ever had. Where my parting is was completely ignored and also the amount I wanted cut off was ignored. I now have some weird chunky layers that I didn't have before that are all different lengths around my head, and much shorter hair than I wanted. It looks terrible! Uncomfortable atmosphere in there from start to finish!
Ladies' Haircuts
This was my second visit to the Purple Salon for a Brazilian blow dry and I am just as happy with it the second time round! The staff are so lovely and the treatment worked really well, I will definitely be back!!
