All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.I got the offer of haircut, treatment and blow dry, when I went in to the salon the offer was advertised cheaper than on wahanda so I already felt as though I had been ripped off a bit. The ambience was odd and felt as though it hadn't really opened yet, despite the staff being perfectly pleasant. It also smelt a bit weird too - sorry! Apart from that my hair cut was fine. Also the hair treatment was advertised as kerastase although was loreal - made by the same people but not the same thing.
Ladies' Haircuts
Such lovely staff, very professional. I would highly recommend the Treatment- it was excellent. I've had it done in other salons before but this was by far my best experience.
Ladies' Brazilian Blow Dry
Had Brazilian Blow Dry Treatment, treatment was really well done and I'm super happy with the result. Salon itself is nothing special and really cold, but the quality of work makes the visit wort it! Goonna use this place again!

When booking a time slot the process is a little more complicated than it needs to be. I reserved the time and received notification from Wahanda but then had to follow up directly with the Salon myself to confirm the time again with them,

the guy who did my hair was friendly and nice, the assistant so and so- I think the highlights should take a bit more time to be done in order to be better.
