Absolutely fantastic staff!! Hayley (?) who is getting married also was just sensational, the treatments were far greater than expected and really effective.
The spa itself is in need of some TLC - the sensation shower didn't work and the aromatherapy room lacked aroma.
But overall highly recommended,
The Spa day was overall a great experience. However, I am not sure it is worth the price since the steam rooms were not very hot nor steamy. Also, it would have been nice to be given some black soap and scrub for the day.
Staff was amazing and extremely professional. Room clean and pleasant enough. Spa was a bit disappointing, looked a bit tired and felt functional rather than a treaty experience. A couple of the facilities were out of order and the changing room was quite messy.
Great value package with spa and hotel bed breakfast and evening meal. Treatments were lovely and therepist was really nice. Little tip check out where your going to park before you get there as we ended up paying £32.00 without realising.
