I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment and when I went in the salon said that my appointment, made through the Treatwell app, was not confirmed (although I already paid in advance).
Saying that, the staff were really lovely and extremely apologetic for keeping me waiting. They also gave me a cup of tea and kept me updated.
