Lorina was lovely, she really put me at my ease and started promptly. She isn't the fastest waxist I have used, but she was pretty efficient while still being polite.
The downstairs wax room was private, clean and well decorated. It is just a shame that the salon had been flooded really recently, so the boards downstairs had curved up a little. Though it didn't make a difference to the overall experience, I would still recommend the Salon as a whole to a friend.
have a recurring shoulder injury so the massage was great to help fix the problem

Always found Remedie rooms professional, well run and an enjoyable experience. The treatments are always what I expect ie the massage treatments relaxing, the facials leave my skin in great condition. Have been going regularly now for some years and they have always maintained their high standards in the treatments offered and their presentation and the premises being clean
