Lily is brilliant. Everything was explained very clearly, the massage was top class and there is nothing I would have wanted differently. I will definitely be back. Having been a therapist for most of my working career myself I have high expectations when I go to beauty salons and Lily and The Retreat did not disappoint. Five starts feom me.

If you have never tried reflexology it’s really worth visiting the retreat in Milford on Sea. Super treatments and welcoming atmosphere and I will be having this treatment again.
