Had lip & chin wax, Layla was really good, & very gentle unlike some beauticians I've experienced over time who have sometimes been quite aggressive when performing the treatment. Very good.

I have always found The Retreat to be professional with regards to making appointments, the care I receive and the tranquility of the salon. I tend to use them of waxing but would be very happy to have other treatments when necessary.
