I had a wonderful reflexology and massage with Lyndsey. As soon as I entered the retreat I felt relaxed and welcome. The treatment really helped my stress levels was relaxing and therapeutic. I would highly recommend Lyndsey.

My visits to The Retreat are a lovely experience and Lola is delightful. I always feel my old face (79) has had a much needed tonic after one of Lola's excellent treatments.
