This is my second facial with Lola, she was recommended to me, I find her calming, knowledgeable and efficient manner a very pleasant experience. She has given me samples on both occasions and spent more time than scheduled to explain what she's done and to give me value for money service. I haven't felt at all rushed by her or that she pushes treatments or products. Overall a great professional service.
