I would like to start by saying that i am normally anxious about going to the hairdressers due to bad experiences in the past. However, my experience at The Retreat has been the best 👌 Alban Trugu and his colleague put me at ease straight away. Alban is very knowledgeable about hair and transformed my hair from a dry long mess to healthy, shiny locks with an amazing cut! I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this salon! THANK YOU ALBAN AND YOUR WONDERFUL TEAM!! 🙏💇♀️😍

My haircut at the Retreat hair & beauty was one of best experiences I ever had. They were wearing masks the whole time, Alban took his time to understand what style I was looking for and gave good suggestions on that. The washing up was relaxing and my hair looks fabulous now. He is a fantastic professional, I will definitely be back there.
