Polite staff, I would have liked it if they would have spoken to me about the conditioning treatment and what ingredients/effect it would have just to make me a bit more comfortable. Same complaint when my hair was being blow dried/styles, would have wanted a little more communication and a lighter touch! My hair was pulled a fair amount with no apology. At one point when drying, my hair was smoking too which was a bit worrying.

I booked my cut and blow-dry at short notice, but they were happy to fit me in and I came out feeling so much better, especially as they resolved issues I'd had with a previous cut that had left my hair looking asymmetrical! They listened to what I wanted and I came out with a fantastic (symmetrical) hairstyle, which I love. Thank you.
