The Retreat is beautifully clean and light and airy and Dianne was very welcoming and most professional. She managed a perfectionist's job on my nails while maintaining a very relaxed atmosphere. I was delighted with the results and appreciated her personal approach to customer service. Highly recommended!

Beautifull salon so professional and also very relaxing.Great value for money for such signature treatments carried out by an extremely experienced therapist.

Manicure felt very rushed I was asked to leave before the polish had dried. Normally after a manicure the staff let you wait 30mins or so but I wasn't even given 10 mins. By the time I arrived home 4 of the nails had smudged and looked a mess.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Service was on time. Eyelash extensions dearer than I have previously paid. Length was good, would have liked more fullness.
