I visited The Retreat for the first time and was really pleased with it. Dianne was really friendly and talked me through the process and made me feel at ease. The room was lovely and warm and relaxing with a really nice ambiance. The massage itself was great exactly what I needed and felt very long and not rushed. At the end I was given a drink and allowed to get ready in my own time without feeling rushed. My only criticism would be the slight noise from the salon downstairs and noise from the reception area but not enough to hamper my experience. I will be booking again, and would look at other treatments too
