Fantastic experience although it was one of the hottest days I was made to feel relaxed. Poor Karen it must have been like a workout for her in the heat. Karen was so professional at all times and kept me going even in the heat.

I have been having the Cuccio dipping system on my nails for 6 months now and it is amazing! My nails are not damaged underneath and they are finally growing, all down to Karen! Karen makes you feel so comfortable, welcoming and is very patient (as I never know what colour I want!) Karen is the best 'one stop' for all your pre-holiday treatments, including waxing and tinting - my eyebrows finally match! Thank you so much and I absolutely recommend visiting the Rose Rooms for any treatments.

Karen is professional but friendly. Eyebrows look great!
Sports massage painful so go for another option if you want relaxing, however, I was floating on air walking out of the salon. Karen knows exactly what she is doing and found knots I didn't know were there! Going back for a back massage in a month

The treatment started late. The therapist was friendly and knowledgable but the wax itself took longer than usual & left me quite sore & red - I wasn't a fan of the product used.
