It was really nice. Karen took good care on my nails and the foot massage was sooo relaxing. The ambience was great, the service was great I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends.

Karen is absolutely fantastic and I will definitely be booking with her again. She was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable - she explained everything that she was doing and gave me great advice. She was also so friendly and I felt really welcomed and comfortable with her. It was also oddly relaxing - something I never thought I'd say about waxing!

Karen was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. My manicure lasted a week before it started to chip. However I was kept waiting for 30 minutes after my appointment time with no information and no apology when I was finally seen.

I booked this second massage for my partner, he loved it, a bit less painful than the first massage but it is not meant to be relaxing. However, after initial chatting to Karen, he managed to relax and enjoy the massage.
He was extremely relaxed for the rest of the day. Back ache all gone and de-stressed
