superb.
don't go for a relaxing massage ! I needed my shoulders and legs sorted out and that is just what Karen did. It is not exactly pleasant as it is a sports massage but you would not have this type of massage if you did.
I will now only come to Karen for a massage, she is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and can give lots of advice.

I have been here before but this time bought a Swedish massage for my boyfriend as I knew Karen would be able to give a firm massage that some others would not be able to. I have been advised that Karen did not disappoint!
He advised Karen seemed to give a mixture of Swedish and sports massage, just what he wanted. he advised it was slightly painful and not relaxing, but again, this is what he wanted
when I saw him later, he was very relaxed, no longer felt stressed and his muscles felt wonderful.
He wants to come back !
