Karen was very welcoming and knowledgeable about what she was doing. Very much enjoyed conversations with Karen during the treatment and am happy with the result. Also she is using organic products- how amazing is that! The only drawback I can think of is the ambience of the room - it was quiet messy and packed, didn’t have any atmosphere.

This was my first time trying waxing and Karen was amazing. She was able to distract me during the painful bits, keep me aware of what was going on (I was facing the other way after all) and really reassured me about the aftercare regime and what to look out out for. I really am sold and will continue as a customer for my next treatment.
