The spa room and therapist were fantastic. Treatments were lovely and very relaxing. Therapist was knowledgeable and incredibly friendly.
The hotel facilities however were a bit dated although none of that impacted on how much I enjoyed the treatments and weren’t a part of the spa room.

We Arrived at the venue and was expecting a spa day , not a visit to the local sports centre, we was told that swimming lessons was going until 1.pm and no where to sit as chill around pool as taken up by parents ,we couldn't relax which was why we booked the spa day, the seating area had a few chairs and a tea machine which was empty , we felt like this isn't what's advertised, the treatment that was given was good and the young lady that done this, I'm very disappointed as birthday treat
I am so upset. My fingers were left throbbing, sore and cut from my appointment. My nails are now thin, damaged and weak. Will not be returning and do not recommend.
