I booked Brazilian and expected more hair removal. Just got sides of legs done and bikini line . Not a Brazilian at all cost £24 but hot wax made it less painful. Manicure sorry nail paint chipped and smudged same day after hours of not touching anything and Pedi was jsut a nail paint . Should not be advertised I've spent alot of money for treatments I easily do myself for free. Just a shame as the therapist was lovely and when I mentioned it did agree website was misleading. Too late to change

I was made to feel at ease and comfortable (as comfortable as I could be in that situation anyway!). Alahna checked the wax temperature and level of pain throughout and was very professional. Great service - thank you.
