Very disappointing back and face combo. The facial left me with chemical burns, especially between my nose and upper lip. My skin is red, painful, tight, and weeping, with further irritation on my cheeks. This is completely unacceptable. The appointment also started late and finished early, cutting the one hour treatment to about 45 minutes. The massage itself was basic and unprofessional. Overall, poor standards and not recommended.
