I’ve been coming to Beth for about 5 years now, if not longer and she’s just a lovely person and always makes sure you’re comfortable and relaxed. Always recommend Beth to friends and family and will continue to come back even though I’ve moved area.

Ambience was poor, no relaxing music - could only hear the gym music from outside the room. Staff member was silent during process and didn't talk me through it. 25 mins late too. Noticed after I had left that a corner of 1 eyelash had been missed.
