Sophie was very welcoming and her knowledge and skills about hair & colouring immediately shine through. Sophie recommended I go for a T-Bar as I was quite keen on keeping the underside of my hair darker. The colouring process was incredibly quick (especially considering I have thick hair) which was excellent. The colour had lifted wonderfully and there wasn’t even a need for toner! Overall my hair looks genuinely amazing & was done professionally & quickly with great finish. Would recommend!

Sophie was lovely, however I felt the service was a little bit rushed as she was on her own with me and another clients with no other support/ Saturday staff etc. The salon itself was a bit shabby looking and the basin was not very comfortable. I wasn’t offered a drink, overall it wasn’t a particularly relaxing experience. The cut itself was good, but it seemed a rush to style it which I felt because Sophie was on her own again.
