The salon is downstairs and the staff aren't very welcoming but once I found where to go, the woman doing my treatments was really friendly and professional.

Firstly, I booked for a Hollywood hot wax and on arrival, the lovely beautician informed me they no longer do hot waxes. However, this mix up was purely the fault of Treatwell for not removing the treatment option from their website after many requests. The lady at the salon was truly brilliant, proceeded to suggest solutions - trying strip wax and if it was too painful I could leave free of charge (and contact treatwell for a refund). She was amazing though, really calmed me and did the whole wax within about 5 mins. So happy!

Great location, a little confusing when you arrive as it's located downstairs rather than in the salon upstairs - you need to give the name of the beautician for the receptionist to show you where you go. Lovely staff and great value for money
!
