This is the first time I went to this Salon. As I usually prefer to go somewhere I know I was a bit nervous to start off with. The actual cut was really good, I got it done with Nicola who took her time. I felt comfortable knowing she knew what she was doing. I paid through Treatwell, the only downside was that when I got there the lady at the reception told me that I had to pay an additional 13% for my cut. I paid it anyway without a fuss but I’d be great if next time customers were aware of the additional charge before they came in to the salon. Overall the staff were friendly and they kept the work stations clean.

When I arrived I was told there was a 13% increase in the price to cover PPE. I booked for a trim and was told it would be a restyle because of the length of my hair .I wasn’t expecting the total price to be as hight as it was .I paid it but it was £16 more than before lockdown .

I had Maria cutting and styling my hair she was so amazing and lovely, I then had Jeya doing my eyebrows tinted and then threaded she was so nice and friendly would defo recommend! Xxx
