This experience was simply dreadful. The young girl pulled my hair like there was no tomorrow, doesn't matter how many times I told her that it hurts. My hair is all blone despite of me asking I don't want it too blonde. After pulling my hair out with the brush it now looks and feels like hay. She said my hair is too dry. Well, didn't look like this when I arrived. Asked her to put some kind of toner on my gray hairs, all of them still there. Hair cut is something my husband could have done. I actually questioned if this girl is really a hairdresser? My head hurts, literally hurts. Even the 1 min massage hurt. How is that even possible? Going to hairdresser is a relaxed enjoyable time. No here I'm sorry. So after I finished I was told I get 25% off I was happy that at leat I will get something back since I paid £122 online already. Then I'm told well I only need to pay £18 + £5 now. WHAT? I refused to pay more but I had to pay for PPE? Because everything is disposable? I wore a 5p apron. Staff didn't even wear their protective equipment. I paid the £5 regardless. No apology or any kind of reassurance let alone refund for the bad service. Will not return and not reccomend.
Izzy was really professional and attentive to my hair’s needs, recommended really well suited treatments to me and gave me an amazing haircut. Couldn’t be happier!
