Loved Summer. A really lovely girl. I think she lacked confidence. My short bob wasn't really styled enough for me. She had another customer waiting and I felt that l was rushed through the system. I would have liked my hair to tapered into my neck, it wasn't. Didn't want to say anything on the day because she looked rushed.

I haven’t had a leg wax in a long time but decided to give it another go. I was nervous and not entirely sure how I felt, but within minutes Charlotte made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She was friendly, kept me comfortable and overall I really enjoyed the experience (which I can only imagine is unusual for a leg wax!). I booked another appointment for 4 weeks time and will be a regular customer.
