I had to wait 40 mins but once they started the service was good. Jade was excellent and did a great job even though my hair was extremely damaged and difficult.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I didn't have to wait was put at ease with my stylist the hair wash and massage was lovely and relaxing. Wash offered a drink and he listened to what I wanted and told me what he was going to do giving me advice on our to blow dry my hair. Totally fantastic experience from beginning to end.
