The actual hair cut was fine (not great) however my appointment was at 2:30 but my hair cut did not start until 3:15!! I was sat waiting for over 45 mins with no warning of this long delay by any member of staff. The lady then went for an additional break after her previous client which kept me waiting longer and she smelt strongly of cigarettes on return. Not a great experience, previous visits were much better!

Just to be clear the actual salon was not at fault, I have been there many times before and had a great experience.
First of all, I asked the stylist to trim my bangs so they started at my cheek level. She cut them far too short and there is 1 piece of hair which ends at my eyebrow. Sadly it gets worse, the left side of my bangs are far shorter than the right and the right bang is just straight cut making it look very unprofessionally finished.
