Had an amazing experience with Sophie yesterday! Sophie spent time at the start getting a real understanding of what I wanted and addressing my concerns. She was friendly and so knowledgeable. Salon was clean and tidy and provided a lovely calming environment. Loved the result of my hair, exactly what I wanted and more, and will definitely be coming back to Sophie in the future!
