Welcomed and made to feel at ease. The only thing to point out, which is only minor, but to explain what is going to happen during the appointment, as I've had microdermabrasions in the past but each appointment was different depending on the salon/therapist. Nice and relaxed atmosphere throughout and was given advice for aftercare. I would definitely recommend this place.
